During our PLANTS Science Unit we did some reading about Super Foods, foods that provide a high level of nutrition and antioxidant properties.
Here are the top 10 Super Foods:
10. Avocado
9. Dark Chocolate
8. Chile Peppers
7. Apples
6. Walnuts
5. White Tea
4. Acai Berries
3. Broccoli
2. Quinoa
1. Blueberries
In class, we tried all of the Super Foods except Quinoa and Chile Peppers. Most were delicious, some were bitter, and all of them good for you!
